Equip is a five-month leadership development experience designed for people who are already in the leadership seat and ready to become more intentional about how they lead themselves, their people, and their teams.

360° Leadership Assessment
Start with an anonymous 360° assessment to gain meaningful insight into how your leadership is experienced by the people around you.
Group Learning
Participate in four half-day sessions led by experienced facilitators and subject-matter experts, exploring the skills leaders need to lead themselves, people, and teams well.
Individual Coaching
Three one-on-one coaching sessions turn insight into personal action, with support tailored to your individual leadership strengths, challenges, and goals.
Leadership Identity + Action
Bring the experience together by defining the leader you want to be and creating clear commitments and next steps for continuing your growth.
